A vibrant, three-quarter view defined by energetic mark-making and jewel tones. I used the deep purple scumbling in the background to create a sense of movement that complements the subject’s poised expression and the rhythmic, multi-coloured patterns of her clothing. The blue earring helped
bring her skin tone to life.
