Inspired by the lush golden fields of wheat and barley close to my home, this print celebrates one of Britain's smallest and most elusive mammals. I printed it using two blocks with Caligo Safe Wash inks blended directly onto the lino, meaning each of the four prints in the edition carries its own subtle variations in colour and tone — making every impression uniquely its own.
